One of the best classes I’ve ever taken. Most men may think Pilates is only for women, I say try it for one week and you will change your mind. Pilates with Linda will get your body in tune.

Not just a great workout…it truly improves health and well being. Taking Pilates at Body In Tune was a great decision…it resurrected my golf game. Linda is an excellent trainer, and very knowledgeable as to how the muscular, skeletal and nervous systems work together, and therefore knows exactly what Pilates regiment might work for you. Linda is passionate about her work and takes it seriously, and this translates to quality care and service for her clients. Body In Tune…absolutely the best!

I can, without a doubt say, that Pilates with Linda has been the best lifestyle change I’ve made in the last 10 years. I’m 53 years old and a life long fitness enthusiast. Having faced some real aging challenges, with various body stiffness, aches and pain, I’ve learned to be more selective in my fitness routine. Pilates provides not only significant overall body strength and flexibility, but has also been therapeutic in reducing, body stiffness from Fibromyalgia, chronic foot and lower back pain. The mind body focus offers tremendous stress relief after a demanding work day. I get an endorphin boost and strong sense of well being, similar to doing a heavy cardio workout, although the energy afterwards is longer lasting than cardio. You will literally feel like you are lighter and taller after every session. Linda is not only extremely knowledgeable in Pilates, but with her very disciplined dance background,is highly tuned to the smallest detail relating to technique. What I appreciate most is she loves sharing this with all of her students in a very individualized way. I can honestly say I always look forward to each and every session and will definitely increase my sessions as my budget will allow.

I was recovering from a broken foot and still having problems when my chiropractor referred me to Body In Tune to help with my recovery. Linda was great! She was very patient and worked with me at a pace that I could keep up with. I worked with Linda for a few months and when we were done not only did my foot feel stronger my whole body felt stronger and better than it had in years. I was doing things I couldn’t do since I had back surgery in 2007! So many things were painful to do before I started working with Linda at Body In Tune. NOT ANYMORE!!!
